- Install and Configure the CPQ package settings (In Sandbox).
- Define Products and CPQ Attributes (1 design meeting to review/discuss).
- Define pricing based on price list/price book (up to 3 different price lists).
- Create CPQ Price rules (Automations).
- Change the price/quantity of a product based on business rules.
- Create CPQ Product rules. Display Error/ Validation messages on the CPQ calculator screen.
- Approval Process – Based on Salesforce native approval functionality.
- Quote Template (In case eSign is required, need to purchase an additional eSign solution such as DocuSign).
- Contract and Subscription Management – Use the OOTB CPQ functionality to create Contracts and Subscription after booking.
