Job Description:

The job involves managing and delivering CRM projects on the Salesforce.com platform. The job includes both project management skills (such as customer management, timeline and task management, budget management etc.) as well as hands-on technical implementation knowledge on the Salesforce.com platform.

Duties include:

• Leading Design sessions
• Writing detail design documents
• Hands-on implementation of CRM infrastructure
• Writing automation logic
• Data migration and manipulation

Requirements:

• BA / B.Sc. Industrial engineering or similar
• Fluent in English (much of the communication is in English)
• High level of computer technical skills (Especially excel)
• At least 4 years working as a CRM/ERP project manager
• Experience in leading design sessions, gathering customer requirements and designing a solution.
• Salesforce.com Certifications – advantage
• Development Knowledge – advantage
